Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to manage
a unique market-offering FinTech SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of on-shore engineers and oversee application platform
scalability
Drive continual feature development and ensure market leadership of
the Contract Management product
Instill a culture of continuous improvement and communicate
effectively across the organization
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional
experience
5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in SaaS
5+ years of experience in C# and web-based applications
3+ years of experience managing an engineering team, preferably in
a SaaS environment
Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
