A company is looking for a Franchise Developer to join their
Franchise Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build comprehensive lists of prospective
franchise owners
Evaluate candidate suitability and provide consultations to guide
them through the selection process
Collaborate with colleagues to host recruiting meetings and
contribute to advertising strategies
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of related experience in sales and/or
training
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Proven ability to manage projects effectively
Thrives in a sales environment with a positive attitude
Exhibits resilience and effectively manages rejection
