Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President - HEOR Value
Demonstration and Economic Modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HEOR VDEM team in delivering high-quality evidence
strategy planning and economic modeling services
Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new
business opportunities and achieving revenue targets
Manage talent development and team performance, including coaching
and mentoring staff
Required Qualifications
10-12+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes
research, with at least four years in a consulting environment
Postgraduate degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred) or a Master's
degree in health services research-related fields
Proven leadership experience with a track record in HEOR
publications and business development
Broad technical knowledge of outcomes research, health economics,
and the payer/HTA landscape
Experience in developing pharmacoeconomic models and understanding
of value demonstration modeling
