Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to enhance their connected equipment platform.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Design, build, and deliver scalable mobile, front-end, and back-end solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers and senior leadership to define and prioritize new features

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software development and application design experience
2+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring team members
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Deep expertise in high-scale, high-availability systems
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Node.js preferred
