Job Description:
A company is looking for an OSS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BSS and OSS
platforms for telecom operations
Ensure seamless integration of BSS systems with OSS platforms and
monitor system performance for optimization
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers,
coordinating with vendors and generating performance reports
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in BSS/OSS architecture, design, and
implementation
Hands-on experience with billing, CRM, order management, revenue
assurance, and service provisioning systems
Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance
optimization
Familiarity with telecom operations and regulatory compliance
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead
OSS-related projects
