Actuarial Analyst (Medicare)

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst (Medicare) to estimate liabilities, establish premium rates, and conduct financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Actuarial staff to perform IBNR estimates and rate adequacy studies
Analyze results to identify trends or issues related to medical care costs
Generate routine reports to support IBNR calculations, pricing, and financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
1-2 years of relevant experience
Must have passed at least 2 actuarial exams
Preferred experience of 3-4 years
