Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow FSM Business Process
Consultant for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and gather requirements for business
processes
Write user stories and deliver solutions based on gathered
requirements
Work independently to provide consultancy services
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Must possess CSA and two CIS certifications (CIS-CSM and
CIS-FSM)
Experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC) is essential
Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) is essential
Knowledge of Nuvolo is desirable
