digital landscape. Our Salesforce practice drives enterprise
Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such
as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales
team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the
client to manage their project to make sure it's delivered on-time
and on-budget.As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be the
linchpin in translating business requirements into technical
realities. Your expertise will shape the architecture of solutions
to align with business goals, making a significant impact on our
project delivery. You'll find yourself evaluating solution
architectures, coordinating junior colleagues, and interacting with
clients daily, possibly leading client workstreams.Your key
responsibilities In this role, you will be at the forefront of
bridging business and technology, with responsibilities
including:Translating business requirements into technical
solutionsAssessing the impact of technical decisions on business
outcomesContributing to project delivery and tracking
statusEngaging with clients and leading workstreams as
neededSupporting sales activities and maintaining engagement

including:Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort
leading conversations with audiences of all levelsAbility to lead
discovery meetings to identify system requirements and establish an
understanding of business processes with the clientExperience in
Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end to end
implementationsSalesforce integration experience, and experience
with a variety of middleware toolsDeep experience with Salesforce,
APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, Apex Classes, Apex Web
Services, APIs, AppExchange, and Salesforce.com s-controlsHands on
experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions,
and Approval WorkflowsAbility to lead the solutioning and design of
the Salesforce platform, and identify gaps between current and
future stateKnowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform
capabilitiesWork with developers to define and create
specifications for any custom code or data migration
requirementsAbility to create and manage project timelines and
project economics to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryAbility
to identify potential risks (people and technology), develop plans
for mitigation, and support the change management effortsAgile
delivery methodologiesProficiency in application development
toolsQuality assurance and software development expertiseSystems
integration skillsBuilding relationships, client trust, and
emotional agilityComplex problem-solving abilitiesTo qualify for
the role, you must haveA Bachelor's degree is required in Business
Systems or related field2-4 years of relevant experience in a
relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more
people, and have hands on experience with configuration and
customizationsFamiliar with relational database
conceptsSelf-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and
prioritiesExcellent communication, leadership and client
development skillsSalesforce.com certification(s)Strong oral and
written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with
audiences of all levelsAble to travel to meet client demand as
neededIdeally, you'll also haveDegree emphasis in Computer Science,
IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree
in one of these areas preferredCertifications and prior consulting

offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package
where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized
for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for
this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to
$186,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington
State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to
$211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined
through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to
education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In
addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental
coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time
off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid
model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client
serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over
the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible
