Requirements

• 8+ years' of stable employment in the construction industry
• 5+ years on a construction project management or superintendent career path
• 2+ years managing your own commercial projects as Superintendent or Construction Manager
• Experience with commercial projects valued from $200K to $10+ million
• A track record of delivering projects from inception to completion on time and on budget
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, estimating and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction software and codes.
• Focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.
• Client-centric and collaborative mindset.
• Continuously updates industry knowledge.
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with MS Project and/or similar software
