Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Outreach Coordinator who will assist in activities related to closing open care gaps for high-risk members.
Key Responsibilities

Interact with high-risk members and providers to improve healthcare outcomes and close care gaps
Support quality initiatives, including outreach to noncompliant members
Conduct seasonal call campaigns and maintain data assessments in the system

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a managed care setting, medical office, or facility with medical administration duties
Knowledge of medical terminology
