Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet
services
Conduct follow-up testing and troubleshooting to resolve customer
issues
Serve as the primary support liaison between the company and
residential customers
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service or
technical support
Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings and
weekends
Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum
speeds
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
