Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist
(Labor Mischarging).
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on ethics and compliance matters related to
labor mischarging and government contracts
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance
issues and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, focusing
on labor mischarging and government contracts
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is highly
preferred
In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations and
compliance requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex
situations
Experience in compliance investigations and familiarity with code
of conduct matters
