A company is looking for a Lead, Strategic Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and refine operational processes for product teams to
ensure efficient execution
Collaborate with product leaders to create and maintain actionable
roadmaps aligned with company objectives
Lead planning cadences and manage interdependencies across teams to
ensure alignment on priorities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program
management, product management, or similar roles
Proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive
alignment and execution on business objectives
Expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or
Confluence
Experience in implementing effective operational improvements
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in complex
projects
