This includes:

  • Performing various detailed tasks throughout the dealership, such as preparing titles, loan documents, and taking down payments.
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Partnering with managers and other Customer Experience Guides to delegate tasks and responsibilities, meeting customer and company needs.
  • Understanding and executing all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
  • Making phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and educating potential customers about their options.
  • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
    • A high school diploma or GED, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • At least 3 years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
    • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
    • To be at least 18 years old.
