Job Description:

  • Coverage Needed:
    • January 20, 2025 - ongoing
    • 4+ months
    • 12hr coverage: Days 7a-7p/ Nights 7p-7a
    • 15 shifts a month
    • Clinical Information:
      • Will be working clinical in ICU while MD is on call
      • Patient volume: 12
      • Support Staff: MDs & APPs
      • Required:
        • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
        • Current Flu Vaccine
        • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
          • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
          • Active TN License & DEA (or easily transferrable one)
          • Board Certified
          • BLS, ACLS
          • Must be able to perform: intubations, central line placements, arterial line placements
