As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, collecting blood specimens, and serving as the face of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Manage billing and payment processes as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary.Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
