        • Patient Ratios: 2:1, sometimes 1:1 depending on acuity
        • Unit staffing description: Occasional nurse extern working as a tech
        • Type of equipment: Ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, EV 1000, traction
        • Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care
