• Certification Details
• BLS (Must be AHA certified)
• Nursys for licensure verification
• License/Certificate Verification required
• MMR vaccine or titer
• Fit Test annually
• Hepatitis B vaccine or declination documentation
• Influenza Vaccine annually
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test for TB
• Varicella vaccines or proof of immunity
• Tdap valid 10 years
  • Job Details
  • General vascular surgery floor.
  • Seeing Cholecystitis, pancreatitis, vessel disease, and kidney failure disease.
  • Kidney transplant patients, abdominal surgery, revascularizations, vascular bypass, carotid endarterectomy, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.
  • Anti-thymocyte globulin.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA BLS certified.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
      • Additional Details
      • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
      • Flu vaccine is mandatory starting Sept 4th, 2023, for all new travelers, needs to be updated every year.
      • Annual Fit Test required.
      • Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
