Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager for Real
World Data Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful delivery of Real World Data products, focusing on
customer satisfaction and quality results
Lead planning and execution of customer engagements, coordinating
with internal teams and managing project timelines
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting
as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, clinical research, public
health, biostatistics, data science, or a related field; advanced
degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a consulting or customer success role
within life sciences or healthcare data analytics
Experience with patient-level longitudinal healthcare data sets,
particularly EHR/EMR data
Strong understanding of real-world data and proven expertise in
oncology
Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction
and analysis is a plus
