As an organization, we are passionate about creating an outstanding workplace for our employees.The Certified Dietary Manager will manage labor hours, productivity and efficiency of staff in the kitchen.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Participate in evaluation and hiring of new staff. Ensure all employment documentation is provided to designated staff as directed in timely manner. Schedule staff, review and approve timecards complete all ADP requirements. Manage labor hours, productivity and efficiency of staff. Order all food and supplies for department. Maintain inventory and storage of all goods food and non-food. Implement sanitation standards and monitor compliance. Establish standards for good food quality.
