Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Global HRBP to lead
their Human Resources Business Partner team and drive strategic HR
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business
objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners across
multiple regions
Oversee compliance with employment laws and design HR programs that
promote diversity and inclusion
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a
global HRBP leadership role
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree is a plus
Deep knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple
geographies
Experience leading and developing a diverse, global HR team
Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR, CIPD)
