A company is looking for a Director Performance Marketing to lead their Performance Marketing team in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Lead a team to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar media budget to ensure efficient customer acquisition and return on ad spend

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience or military service
10+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing within the SaaS industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
