Job Description:
A company is looking for a Private Bank Business Risk & Internal
Controls Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the 1st Line of Defense risk
management framework and execute the Non-Financial Risk Management
framework
Engage with Bank leaders on risk incidents, conduct assessments of
new products, and provide risk advisory to Business Process
Owners
Coordinate with various stakeholders for audits and compliance
tests, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and effective
risk governance
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data &
Analytic, or similar field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk and internal control or
similar roles
Experience in Private Banking and associated deposit and lending
products
Large Bank experience with a background in change management and
program development
Experience in acquisition and integration environments
